This hotel and the staff, were simply excellent. We booked last minute for a Christmas getaway. We entered the hotel set just off a lovely little square. We were met by a female manager of the hotel, who was lovely. She sat us down, gave us a glass of prosecco, showed us a map of Seville, circled some places that were 'must see' areas. She even booked a great flamenco evening for us too, which was great! She then showed us up to our room, and then even upgraded our room once we were there! We asked for none of this, but it was done anyway. We couldn't really believe it, and were super impressed. We would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious yet quaint stay. One night we even came back late (after the flamenco night) and asked for bottle of red wine, and sat in their drawing room/library downstairs. They turned on the fire for us, and we sat their drinking until we were merry! No one else around, just us. We then danced back off up to the room :) The breakfast is nice too. Good service from the maitre d! All in all, my lady and I would love to stay there again, but don't know if we will get such a good price again! If we do happen to see a good offer, I am sure we will snatch it up!

This historic property, located in a renaissance villa on a quiet square, was perfect for our first introduction to Seville. We were upgraded to a full suite (from junior suite booked. On two floors with a library and oriole windows overlooking the square, it was a nice treat for our anniversary. The staff was exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and super helpful in solving a minor medical issue when we first arrived. Our housekeeper was so warm and kind every time we saw her, I really wanted to buy her a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and get to know her better (despite the language barrier.)

Location - only 10 mins to the centre. Great restaurants nearby. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Room - we booked a junior suite, it is very spacious. No much natural light in the room but its very private as its right at the back. Needs a bit of redecoration on the bathroom walls. Bed and pillows - very comfortable (if you like a firm mattress and high pillows), I had a very good sleep. Decoration - unique and interesting. Breakfast - lots of choice of fresh produce and cooked food available to order. Very nice coffee.

Located in centre of Seville with a lovely square outside with two good restaurants. One of these is classic spanish and very busy with locals- tells it's own story on quality/value. The building takes you back in time to living in a Moorish Mansion. Lorenzo the front of house Manager was actually one of the best we have ever dealt with- helpful, friendly and very knowledgeble. Hotel organised pick up from airport and taxis during our stay in highly efficient manner. Fine breakfast in a very interesting setting.

Exceptional hotel, central location in buzzing little square with bars and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Enchanting rooms with very comfortable beds and it was peaceful. The staff were all delightful, they did everything possible to make our stay in this beautiful city one to remember. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. You feel like you are staying in someone's private house. The hotel booked a traditional flamenco show for us, mind blowing experience, you must book the one they recommend.
